My name is Andrea, and I was born in the late 80s in Cagliari-Italy. 

After being a diligent student at school, I decided to study Languages and Communication at the University because I wanted to be able to speak with as many people as possible. 

Then, I chose to specialize in International HR Management since I've always also enjoyed leading people to achieve their goals, so I enrolled in a University Master's. 

During my student years and at the beginning of my professional career, I travelled quite a lot; I lived in Riga, Warsaw, Milan, Dubai, Turin, and Cracow. 

After 5 years of living abroad, I realized there is no place like home, especially when you had the luck to be born on a wonderful Mediterranean island, Sardinia. Therefore, I came back and started working remotely. 

With a total of 10 years of working experience as a Recruiter with some top multinationals (Siemens - General Motors – Primark – Microsoft – GlaxoSmithKline – Nestlé), I learned all their HR and Recruitment secrets, I also had the opportunity to achieve 3 promotions up to becoming a People Manager, but I wasn't satisfied or fulfilled.

Thus, I chose to risk it all, resign, and go back to study again to perfect my Career Guidance and Professional Orientation skills with a second Master and I became an entrepreneur.

I founded Career Formulas.
